USERNAME FOR EXTERNAL TECHNICIANS – SAAM++

many of you have requested it and we have fulfilled your requests 🙂

From now on, your external technicians/employees/subordinates can also access SAAM++. Simply add the suffix “_tc” to the username with which you access the portal to be able to view documentation and spare parts in exploded views but without consulting prices and activities. The password that will be used to log in is “service”. The following is an example of a user name to use:
