NIKOLATESLA FAULT: Closed flap does not stop suction

We take this opportunity to point out a quality defect on the NikolaTesla Switch and Unplugged models (these are the PRFs affected: PRF0146210A – PRF0146212A – PRF0146213A – PRF0146216A – PRF0161193 – PRF0173860 – PRF0173919 – PRF0183878 – PRF0183880 – PRF0189241 – PRF0189247 – PRF0189250 – PRF0189255 – PRF0189258 – PRF0189261).

The defect relates to the suction not switching off automatically when the user closes the flap (the product is equipped with a sensor that automatically switches off the suction when the flap is closed).

The cause of the defect is the disturbance caused by the material of which the external frame of the grease filter GRI0119429B supplied is made. The solution is to replace the existing grease filter with part number GRI0140277A.
